This Way Support provides premium Supported Independent Living (SIL) and Short-Term Accommodation (STA) for NDIS participants with complex and high-support needs. We work closely with GPs, allied health professionals, and support coordinators to ensure safe, ethical, and person-centred placements.

Referral Pathway
- 1: Identify a participant who may benefit from SIL or STA
- 2: Contact our admissions team
- 3: We assess suitability
- 4: We coordinate with the support coordinator
- 5: We arrange a tour if appropriate
