We support extraordinary people do the extraordinary everyday.

This Way Support is a fully registered NDIS provider of disability support with 25 years of experience and dedication to enhancing quality of life for others.

We are proud of our compassionate home care program designed to help people stay at home and healthier longer.

Our proud history

Founded by Jacob Rosolowski, who has worked in the disability sector since 2000, This Way Support was built on a passion for compassionate, personalised care. Over two decades of experience and strong family relationships inspired Jacob to create a service that puts people first.
Today, This Way Support provides:

  • Three fully equipped homes in Carrum Downs – safe, welcoming, and designed for both short and long stays.
  • Three dedicated vehicles – ensuring reliable transport and community access.
  • Qualified, highly trained staff – available 24/7 to support participants with professionalism and care.

Our first milestone was the Bayside respite home, opened in December 2022, offering a warm three-bedroom environment for planned short stays or emergency accommodation. Since then, we’ve continued to grow, with a focus on creating environments that promote safety, independence, and peace of mind.

With more than 25 years of hands-on experience, we remain committed to empowering individuals and supporting families with flexible, high-quality care.
